As a Supply Specialist 1 in Salem, Oregon, your duties will include:
  • Shipping and receiving
  • Mail processing
  • Submitting supply orders
  • Annual inventory of equipment and assets
  • Coordination of the headquarters Motor Pool

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Minimum Qualifications
One year of stocking, storeroom or warehouse experience which included purchasing a variety of supplies, equipment or materials and shipping and receiving materials and equipment.
Desired Attributes
  • Experience processing incoming and outgoing mail and preparing shipments
  • Experience ordering goods/supplies from an online retailer
  • Experience monitoring inventory, maintaining distribution lists, and coordinating supply replenishment
  • Recordkeeping experience, including logging checks, tracking postage accounts, and updating asset locations
  • Experience operating and coordinating fleet vehicles, scheduling maintenance, and managing carrier deliveries

  • The salary listed is the non-PERS qualifying salary range. If the successful candidate is PERS qualifying, the salary range will reflect an additional 6.95%
