Workify Staffing is seeking experienced Structural Welders for a long term project in Ohio. This is a great opportunity for skilled welders looking for steady work, competitive pay, and daily per diem.

Position Overview

Structural Welders will perform welding and fabrication work on structural steel while following project specifications, drawings, and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform structural steel welding and fabrication

• Weld in multiple positions as required

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and weld symbols

• Perform fit-up and layout as needed

• Inspect welds for quality and accuracy

• Follow all project and jobsite safety requirements

• Work efficiently as part of a construction crew

Qualifications

• Previous structural welding experience required

• Strong knowledge of structural steel welding

• Ability to read blueprints and weld symbols

• Comfortable completing a weld test if required

• Must have appropriate welding PPE and tools

• Must be dependable and able to commit to the full 6–8 month project

Compensation

• Up to $35/hour DOE

• $178/day per diem

• Long-term 6–8 month project

• Expected to start in approximately 2 weeks
