General Project Foreman – Mining Construction
Location: Winnemucca, NV
Pay: $35-$42/hour DOE
Per Diem: $110/day Per Diem (Paid 7 Days/Week)
Minimum 50 Hours Per Week With Overtime after 40

We are seeking an experienced General Project Foreman to oversee daily field operations at an active mining construction project in Winnemucca, Nevada. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience managing crews in industrial construction environments, and the ability to coordinate work safely and efficiently. Mining experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise crews across multiple craft disciplines
• Coordinate daily work activities to ensure safe and productive operations
• Enforce company safety policies and maintain a strong safety culture
• Work closely with Superintendents, Project Managers, and client representatives
• Monitor crew productivity, quality, and schedule performance
• Conduct daily safety meetings and jobsite planning discussions
• Assist with manpower planning, equipment coordination, and material management
• Read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and work plans
• Ensure work is completed according to project requirements and company standards
• Maintain project documentation and daily reports
• Support scheduling and production goals while maintaining quality workmanship

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Foreman, General Foreman, Lead Foreman, or similar leadership role
• Strong leadership and crew management skills
• Experience in industrial construction environments
• Mining construction experience preferred but not required
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Strong understanding of safety procedures and production planning
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Willingness to travel or relocate as required
