Contract: 3-month assignment with strong potential to extend for reliable performer

Pay: $17.46/hour

BRING YOUR OWN DEVICE POSITION- Remote- Must provide own device (laptop and second monitor) and successfully complete a Bring Your Own Device technical requirement screening process with hiring team

No time off - attendance during training is mandatory. Training will be the first two weeks Monday- Friday

Hours of Operation: Shifts will be assigned

• Monday-Friday 8:00 am to 7:00 pm EST
• Saturday 9:00 am to 12:00 pm EST

What you'll do

Take inbound and make outbound calls, giving clear and objective answers to questions about eligibility, policies, and access to care. Handle escalated concerns with patience and professionalism. Review and process documents related to income, identity, and eligibility verification. Stay current on program policies and apply them accurately using your resource materials.

What you'll need

High school diploma or GED. At least one year of relevant professional experience, or an equivalent mix of education and experience. Strong communication skills and reliable, consistent attendance, which is the single biggest driver of success and extension in this role. Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
