We are currently hiring experienced legal professionals for multiple full-time, permanent positions across its litigation and employment practices.

Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire | Permanent

Open Positions

1. Mid-Level Litigation Associate – Commercial, Regulatory & Public Law
$175,000 DOE

• 3+ years of state and/or federal litigation experience
• Experience with dispositive motions and discovery
• Strong research, writing and analytical skills
• Commercial litigation, regulatory enforcement, public law, corporate disputes and related experience preferred
• Active Bar membership in the applicable state required

2. Mid-Level Litigation Associate – Employment Litigation & Counseling
$175,000 DOE

• 3+ years of employment law experience in both litigation and counseling
• State and federal court experience required
• Wage & hour experience required
• Experience with employment litigation, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination and employment counseling
• Active California Bar membership required

3. Senior Litigation Associate – Commercial, Regulatory & Public Law
$215,000 DOE

• 6+ years of state and/or federal litigation experience
• Experience drafting dispositive motions and managing discovery
• Commercial litigation, regulatory investigations, corporate disputes and public law experience preferred
• Strong legal research, writing and analytical skills
• Active Bar membership in the applicable state required

4. Senior Litigation Associate – Employment Litigation & Counseling
$215,000 DOE

• 5+ years of employment law experience in litigation and counseling
• Wage & hour litigation experience required
• Strong background in employment litigation, including class and representative actions
• Experience advising employers and handling state/federal proceedings
• Active California Bar membership required

5. Paralegal – Litigation & Case Support

• Minimum 2 years of substantive litigation paralegal experience
• Experience drafting pleadings, motions, discovery and litigation documents
• Strong legal research skills; Westlaw/LexisNexis experience preferred
• Experience with CM/ECF, state court filing systems and document management platforms
• Bachelor's degree required; ABA-approved paralegal certificate strongly preferred
