Department: Administration
Reports to: Systems Analyst
DEFINITION: The IT Intern's primary responsibility is to assist the IT department with day-to-day operations and ongoing technology initiatives. This internship offers valuable hands-on experience across multiple areas of IT support, strategic planning, and project and asset management.

QUALIFICATIONS:
A valid Missouri license MUST be obtained within the first two (2) weeks of employment for this position. Must maintain an acceptable driving status according to Procedure No. 1-8-3, Woodhaven Vehicle Use. Any exception to this requirement must be authorized by the Chief Financial Officer.
ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: This is semi- sedentary work requiring the exertion of up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to move objects; work requires fingering, grasping, and repetitive motions; vocal communication is required for expressing or exchanging ideas by means of the spoken word; hearing is required to perceive information at normal spoken word levels; visual acuity is required for preparing and analyzing written or computer data, operation of machines, determining the accuracy and thoroughness of work, and observing general surroundings and activities; the worker is not subject to adverse environmental conditions. Must be able to pass mandatory background and drug screen tests.
