Wonderly Lights is an exciting brand that brings the holiday spirit to customers by providing an all-inclusive professional Christmas light installation experience. As a professional lighting company we plan, install, maintain, and store materials at the conclusion of each season. We make the season bright!
What You'll Do:

• Answer inbound and place outbound phone calls to answer prospect and client inquiries and to close sales
• Thoroughly and accurately convey to assessment and design teams client desires.
• Prepare quotes and close sales
• Promote and maintain outstanding client relations
• Take personal initiative and responsibility for correcting client issues professionally
• Participate in team meetings and other learning and education
• Willingness to promote Wonderly Lights
• Thoroughly explains to the client the expectations for service and procedures
• Performs other duties as required

Requirements:

• Outstanding customer service and sales skills capable of exceeding high standards for clients
• Excellent communication, especially telephone, skills
• Friendly and Professional
• Positive attitude
• Organized and Detail Oriented
• Motivated and flexible, willing to take initiative
• Self-confident
• Telephone sales experience
• Ability and willingness to work flexible hours
• Comfortable using a computer

Compensation: $16.50 - $24.00 per hour
