Responsibilities

• Manage escrow transactions from opening through closing.
• Review contracts, title reports, and escrow instructions.
• Coordinate with buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, and title companies.
• Prepare escrow documents and settlement statements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations.
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the escrow process.
• Maintain accurate records and meet transaction deadlines.

Qualifications

• Previous Escrow Officer experience required.
• Strong knowledge of California escrow procedures and regulations.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
