ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Sets and pulls dies as needed by production, stage coils and blanks.
• Assures First In/First Out inventory level while setting up material for operators.
• Establishes and sets up the proper cradles and/or uncoilers for presses.
• Makes and sets up boxes, totes, and other packaging needed for operators at presses.
• Identifies scrap and segregates by type, then places in proper scrap hoppers outside for pickup. Notifies supervisor when outside hoppers are full.
• Anticipates needs of operators and assures continued operation of presses by supplying raw materials, boxes, and skids minimizing downtime/wait time.
• Adheres to Wolverine Corporation tagging procedures.
• Assists in moving material from dock audit to Shipping and Receiving, as required.
• Removes disposition for scrap from discrepant area to appropriate scrap hoppers. Weighs and counts, as necessary.
• Weighs rejected parts from production and places in the holding area.
• Locates dies in specific position on racks, as designated by the production supervisor.
• Moves empty raw material skids outside for trucks to pick up.
• Maintains packaging supply inventory and reports needs to supervisor on a weekly basis.
• Assumes certain responsibilities for employee safety by keeping aisles and pathways clear and by placing materials in appropriate places and at appropriate levels.
• Support GP12 with containers and transporting full containers to proper storage area.
• Assists in general interior and exterior housekeeping responsibilities, dumping trash hoppers, etc.
• Utilize handheld scanner to scan material to the proper location, scale containers, and generate proper labels.
