Job Opportunities: Boat Detailer, Tractor Driver, and Lot Maintenance

We are currently hiring for the following positions at our [Company Name/Location]:

1. Boat Detailer
   Responsibilities:

   • Clean and maintain boats, both inside and out, ensuring they meet the company's standards for appearance.
   • Wash boats to enhance their aesthetic and functional quality.
   • Inspect boats for damage and report issues to management.
   • Work with other team members to maintain a clean and organized facility.

   Qualifications:

   • Previous experience in boat detailing or similar work is a plus.
   • Strong attention to detail.
   • Ability to work in various weather conditions.
   • Must be able to lift and move heavy equipment and materials.

2. Tractor Driver
   Responsibilities:

   • Operate tractors and other equipment to transport boats and equipment around the yard.
   • Assist in setting up and moving boats to designated areas for storage, repair, or sale.
   • Maintain a safe environment by following all safety protocols while operating machinery.
   • Conduct regular inspections and maintenance on the tractors and related equipment.

   Qualifications:

   • Valid driver's license.
   • Experience operating tractors or similar heavy machinery.
   • Strong safety awareness and ability to follow guidelines.
   • Physical stamina and ability to lift and move heavy items.

3. Lot Maintenance
   Responsibilities:

   • Ensure the lot is clean, organized, and free from debris
   • Assist in setting up and organizing boats and equipment.
   • Support the team with any other tasks required to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.

   Qualifications:

   • Previous experience in lot maintenance or groundskeeping is a plus.
   • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
   • Strong work ethic and reliability.
