Administrative Coordinator

Wold Architects and Engineers is seeking an Administrative Coordinator for a professional office environment to become part of our team in our Minneapolis office. The candidate represents our Corporate Team as well as the company at large, so the successful candidate will be a team player, dependable, and amicable. We are a dynamic, growing architectural and engineering firm. Our core values are based around customer service at all levels of the organization. This position provides administrative support to our architectural and engineering teams, including project managers as well as project staff. Our team is responsible for all formal correspondence, receptionist backup, incoming and outgoing mail, and various projects to support corporate operations. Our ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about taking on additional duties including social event planning and branch office coordination. The exceptional candidate will be experienced and enthusiastic about the following document processing areas: Proficient in use of word processing (Microsoft Word preferred), Outlook and Excel; good working knowledge of PowerPoint, Publisher and other applicable programs Ability to accurately and effectively prepare minutes and other business correspondence including unique and detailed reports, memos, and submittals Outstanding and accurate word processing skills (50+WPM) Keen eye for proofreading and editing Contract and technical writing skills Assist in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the administrative team, ensuring all processes and procedures are followed accurately and efficiently Candidates should also possess the following qualities: Bachelor's degree 0-3 years of related administrative experience in a professional office environment Ability to perform multiple tasks independently and effectively prioritize tasks and resources Strong attention to detail, accuracy, follow through, and ability to work on multiple projects while maintaining deadlines. Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to interact with all department staff and other key individuals.
