Our therapists work with a diverse array of clients, including those coping with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges. • A Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of community mental health resources and an understanding of the diverse needs present in our client population.
  • Proficient written and verbal communication skills, with a capacity to establish rapport with clients warmly and effectively.
  • Strong leadership qualities with the ability to contribute positively to team dynamics and culture.
Preferred Experience
  • A minimum of one year of experience in mental health counseling, demonstrating proficiency in therapeutic interventions and client management.
  • Knowledge of various therapeutic modalities to cater to the individual needs of clients, enhancing treatment effectiveness.
  • Experience working within a community health setting, providing insight into the unique challenges faced by underserved populations.
