We've raised over $10m to date with a ton of runway. You'll join a team of Thoughtful Doers from places like Palantir, Cruise, Meta, Uber, and Google.

Credal is in-person in our spacious NYC office with meals provided.

About the role

We're looking for a founding backend-focused software engineer to help us build on our progress, with proven market demand from global enterprises, to a scalable, performant architecture while maintaining our industry leading security posture.

What you'll do:

  • Own aspects of our stability, scalability and security as we onboard more customers and expand our product

  • Ensure we can successfully sync billions of records into our data platform from our customers' SaaS tools reliably

  • Contribute to architecture, design decisions, and code and product quality strategy

  • Engage directly with customers and our GTM team to discover and solve our customers' most complex and bleeding edge problems

  • Mentor junior engineers and continue raising our bar for engineering excellence

You might be a great fit if you're a strong developer in all backend from architecture & scalability to data infrastructure. You have a deep interest in Agentic AI / LLM applications even if you do not have AI experience.
