Seasonal Part Time Associate

M&M'S Las Vegas is currently seeking seasonal part time associates for the 26 - 27 holiday season!

This position is for a seasonal period of employment, through at least early January 2027 with the option to extend into a permanent position with benefits.

This position pays $17.50 per hour.

Job overview:

Our seasonal retail associates will be trained in all areas of the sales floor and will be responsible for providing an exceptional experience for our guests, whether in a character, welcome and greet the guests, cashier, selling, or merchandising position. This customer-facing role requires positivity, product knowledge and determination to create an unforgettable customer experience. We welcome unique personalities, just as our M&M brand is rooted in our unique characters!

Job requirements and qualifications:

• Must be excited to smile and work in a fun, fast-paced environment to make every interaction a positively unforgettable experience for our guests while driving daily sales and metrics.
• Must have authorization to work in the U.S.
• Must be 18 years old to apply.
• No education or previous retail experience required.
• Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to communicate and share information with diverse groups of customers and peers.
• Resourceful self-starter, works well independently as well as part of a team, and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
• Ability to comply with all company policies and procedures, including safety, food handling, quality, loss prevention and emergency procedures.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule with retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
