Description
Are you a compassionate and detail-oriented person who thrives in a collaborative, patient-centered environment? Join our dedicated fertility care team and play a meaningful role in helping patients build families. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with physicians and clinical staff in a specialty setting that blends advanced medicine with heartfelt care.
The Front Desk Representative role provides patients with a warm and professional first impression while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the clinic front office. As a key member of our team, you will:
  • Greet and check in patients while providing a welcoming, supportive environment
  • Verify patient demographics, insurance information, and required documentation
  • Answer incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries in a professional and compassionate manner
  • Collect payments and assist with basic administrative and billing support
  • Support physicians, clinic and administrative staff with front office coordination and workflow
  • Always ensure patient confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA and clinic policies
  • Other administrative and operational related duties as assigned

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent?
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in medical front office, reception, or patient services
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • A passion for women's health, fertility experience also a plus
  • Strong communication skills & a team player
  • Willingness to be flexible, roll with the punches, multitask, and troubleshoot problems
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Exemplifies amazing customer service skills and professionalism
