Job Description:
As an Appointment Setter for our window company, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive the best possible service. Your primary responsibility will be to schedule appointments for our sales team and technicians, helping clients explore their window solutions, and assisting with general inquiries. You will work closely with customers over the phone, online, and through emails to confirm appointments and answer any questions they may have.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to leads and existing customers to schedule appointments for consultations.
• Manage incoming calls, online inquiries, and respond professionally and efficiently.
• Maintain and update customer records in our CRM system.
• Provide information about our window services, products, and promotions.
• Follow up on leads to ensure appointments are kept and to re-schedule if necessary.
• Meet and exceed appointment-setting goals on a regular basis.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude while providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or customer service is preferred. If you don’t have prior experience that DOES NOT disqualify you & we will train you to be a top performing appointment setter to achieve both your personal and business oriented goals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• A friendly, positive, and professional demeanor.
