Strategic Client Services Representative

Location: Burlington, NJ (Hybrid: 2 Days On-Site / 3 Days Remote)

Winston Staffing is currently seeking a Strategic Client Services Representative to join a premier, industry-leading financial services organization in Burlington, NJ. In this role, you will act as the dedicated, single point of contact for high-profile enterprise, commercial, and government accounts—ensuring seamless lifecycle management, payment resolution, and best-in-class customer satisfaction.

Key Performance Responsibilities

  • Portfolio Ownership: Serve as the primary, trusted liaison for a portfolio of strategic enterprise and public-sector accounts, managing end-to-end relationship servicing.
  • Complex Account Reconciliation: Perform in-depth billing reconciliations, payment application analyses, and resolve accounts receivable/aging discrepancies.
  • Root-Cause Problem Solving: Investigate operational and contract-level issues, identify root causes, and execute actionable solutions to maintain high client satisfaction and retention.
  • Contract & Lifecycle Execution: Review and interpret customer purchase orders, contractual billing requirements, and end-of-lease processes (e.g., buyout/upgrade quotes, rebooking, terminations).
  • Multi-Level Stakeholder Communication: Partner cross-functionally with internal sales and operations teams, while engaging with external client contacts ranging from Accounts Payable specialists to executive leadership.
  • Portfolio Reporting: Utilize reporting tools to evaluate portfolio health, identify trends, and maintain key performance and aging receivables metrics.


Qualifications & Core Competencies

  • Experience: 1–3+ years of experience in B2B Customer Service, Strategic Client Servicing, Commercial Accounts Receivable (A/R), or Financial Account Management.
  • Financial & Analytical Acumen: Demonstrated experience with payment applications, billing reconciliations, purchase orders, and basic financial math.
  • Technical Proficiency: Hands-on working knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., sorting, basic formulas, and data analysis).
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to navigate complex client dynamics professionally.
  • Problem Solver: Strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize competing deadlines independently.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
  • Work Schedule: Ability to work a hybrid schedule on-site in Burlington, NJ on Wednesdays and Thursdays, with remote flexibility on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday.
