WingSwept provides comprehensive technology and digital marketing services to businesses across various industries within the U.S. Within our digital marketing division, we help small business owners achieve their business goals by driving customers in their door through their website, digital advertising and social media.
The Job
Here's the simple version - make connections, build relationships, set up and run demos, and make sales. All done in a supportive environment invested in your success. This role is ideal for someone who has a strong sense of ownership and is eager to grow.
In more detail, you will:

• Identify small businesses that would benefit from our digital marketing services
• Conduct cold outreach via phone
• Engage business owners in consultative conversations to understand their needs
• Present personalized digital marketing solutions to help them achieve their goals
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth handoff

Minimum Qualifications

• Highly motivated, organized, and detail-oriented
• Strong communication skills with a people-first mindset
• A genuine desire to build a meaningful sales career

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn, grow, and contribute to the team
• Preferred: 6+ months of outbound sales or business development experience
