Winco Generators is seeking a motivated Account Manager to develop long-term customer relationships and grow sales within an assigned territory. This is a hands-on, customer-facing, salary + commissions role where you will represent a trusted American manufacturer and play a key part in delivering solutions that power critical operations across industries.
You’ll work closely with internal teams and customers to ensure a strong experience from first contact through long-term partnership success.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Relationship Management & Growth (60%)
Own the Territory: Develop, nurture, and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts to ensure long-term partnership success.
Lead Generation: Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities, transforming cold & warm leads into loyal accounts.
Face-to-Face Engagement: Travel up to 10% for on-site customer visits, plant tours, and industry trade shows to deepen relationships and showcase Winco’s capabilities.
Consultative Selling: Understand customer technical and operational needs, recommend targeted power solutions, and handle pricing, negotiations, and sales agreements.
Operational Excellence & Strategy (40%)
Pipeline Management: Utilize Epicor Kinetic ERP to accurately enter, track, and manage quotes, orders, and customer data.
Data-Driven Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and present account performance metrics and territory trends to management.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the voice of the customer internally, sharing feedback with production, engineering, and quality teams to drive continuous improvement.
Marketing Support: Contribute to annual regional marketing plans and localized growth strategies.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS & INTERACTIONS
Experience: Proven track record in B2B account management, technical sales, or territory development (manufacturing or industrial experience is a significant plus).
Tech Savvy: Proficiency with CRM or ERP software (Epicor experience beneficial)
Mobility: Ability to travel up to 10% for customer visits and events.
Collaborative Mindset: Exceptional communication skills to work fluidly across sales, production, engineering, and finance departments.
