Job Purpose:
The Back Office Closing Specialist is responsible for processing all directed orders effectively and accurately based on business rules provided.
Essential Job Functions:
  • Process order requests in ResWare within defined timelines.
  • Engage in WFG company culture that emphasizes engagement in our 4 Cs, quality of work and high performance.
  • Respond to all questions and requests associated with the transaction in a timely and helpful manner.
  • Provide a very high level of customer service to all parties involved in the transaction. Emails returned within Client and Company service level agreements.
  • Report issues and inconsistencies with processes provided.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Strong communication skills; written, in person, and by phone.
  • Must have ability to consistently meet deadlines, demonstrate strong follow through, and to follow departmental procedures.
  • Detail orientated.
  • Willingness and ability to learn new process and procedures quickly, while applying feedback to improve overall company performance.
  • Keen sense of urgency.
  • Self-motivated.
  • High level of time management skills.
  • Experience working fast paced growing, high energy company.
  • Strong typing skills with high accuracy and speed, minimum of 50 WPM.

Basic Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to work in a paperless environment.
  • At least one year experience in a general clerical role that includes typing, word processing or other experience with computer applications.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications.

Supervisory Responsibility:This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
