The firm's team of approximately 140 professionals, including more than 60 CPAs, prides itself on a culture of teamwork, excellence, and forward-thinking service.

  • Hardware & Software Installation: Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer hardware, software, and peripherals.
  • Office & Conference Infrastructure: Set up and maintain IT infrastructure in office spaces and support audiovisual technology in conference rooms to ensure seamless meetings.
  • Documentation & Training: Develop and update user guides and training materials to empower staff to utilize IT resources effectively.
  • Data Tools: Utilize Microsoft Access and Power BI for data management, analysis, and reporting.
  • Compliance: Adhere to and enforce company policies, procedures, and security checklists to ensure consistent IT support.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our 6-person IT team to share knowledge, tackle complex projects, and support the firm's technological growth.

Qualifications and Skills
  • Education: Minimum of an associate degree in Information Technology or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of demonstrated experience in a similar IT support role.
  • Tech-Forward Mindset: A growth-oriented interest in AI and LLMs (Large Language Models) and an understanding of how these tools can be applied professionally to improve workflows.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of computer hardware, software, peripherals, basic networking, and security principles.
  • Software Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Access and Power BI.
  • Problem Solving: Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to follow detailed policies and procedures.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Certifications: CompTIA A+ or Network+ certifications are a plus.

Performance Expectations
  • Demonstrate a professional, pleasant, and helpful attitude toward staff and clients.
  • Maintain a "tech-forward" approach, looking for ways to improve technology resources and processes.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality regarding client and business transactions.
  • Manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a neat and organized work environment.
  • Foster positive working relationships within IT team structure and throughout the firm.
  • Maintain exceptional attendance and reliability.

Physical Requirements
