I am looking for a solo per diem attorney engaged in complex civil rights litigation with good organizational and writing skills. With a pay of 35-50 an hour located in Cherry Hill, NJ.

Position Overview

William Riback and The Riback Law Office are seeking a skilled and driven Litigation Attorney to join a respected plaintiff-side practice focused on civil rights and employment law.

This role offers the opportunity to handle meaningful, high-impact cases involving workplace injustice, discrimination, and constitutional rights. The ideal candidate is confident in litigation, strong in legal writing, and capable of managing cases independently from inception through trial.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and legal memoranda
  • Conduct legal research and develop case strategy
  • Take and defend depositions
  • Appear in state and federal court proceedings
  • Assist in trial preparation with team of co-counsel
  • Review evidence, employment records, and case documentation
  • Ensure compliance with court deadlines and case management standards
