With its granite, boulder-lined ponds and streams, bent grass fairways, and more than 6,000 trees throughout the 18 hole championship course and 9 hole executive track, it's truly a resort-style golfing experience. Wilderness Ridge also offers a casual restaurant featuring steaks and seafood, as well as private banquet spaces for events of any occasion and size.
A Day in the Life

A Day in the Life

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare the bar for service in accordance with company standards, including:
- Ensuring adequate inventory and supplies
- Preparing garnishes, mixes, and pre-batched items
- Greet guests promptly and create a welcoming atmosphere
- Mix, prepare, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to approved recipes
- Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly escalate concerns to a manager
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, including equipment and work areas
- Follow all closing procedures, including cleaning, restocking, and securing the bar
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Must meet legal age requirement to serve alcohol (19+)
- Valid City and State alcohol permits required
- Food Handler Permit required
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 1 year bartending experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and perform under pressure with minimal supervision
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Professional appearance and a consistently positive, team-oriented attitude
