White Chapel Church

The Elder Board of White Chapel Church of God, South Daytona FL seeks its next Head of School-Executive Director to lead its largest ministry, Warner Christian Academy, to Spiritual and Academic prominence by placing our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ first, above all matters of personal interest.

Warner Christian Academy, with an enrollment of nearly 450 students has been growing and sending out strong leaders of the faith since the opening of its doors in 1971. It is presently and will continue to be a beloved ministry of White Chapel Church of God which shares the facility graciously with the school. In support of this relationship the next leader will strive to be a vital part of the church- school relationship in prayer, thought and mind.

The qualifications desired for the position are as follows:

• Must be a Born-Again man or woman whose faith in Jesus Christ exudes in every action or decision relative to his or her walk with The Lord.
• Must agree to be an active member (attending weekly) with White Chapel Church of God and be able and willing to work in close concert with The Elder Board and Pastor on prayer, Bible study and church events when presence is desired.
• Must be able to clearly review and evaluate all academic standards in regards to enrollment and placement of students in line with the unified mission of church and school.
• Preferably have experience in leading a Christian School that is a ministry of a church and has worked closely with the pastor and Elder Board.
• Must possess a minimum of a Master’s Degree in Education preferably with a focus on Leadership from an accredited university.
• Must, without hesitation if chosen, enroll all his/her school age children at Warner Christian Academy and they too will attend White Chapel Church of God regularly.
• Must agree to carry out, and articulate clearly to all divisions of the school (Pre-K, Elementary and High School) the mission and vision of White Chapel Church of God and Warner Christian without hesitation.
• Must agree to work closely with the Elder Board and Pastor to create a mission and vision for church and school which cohesively allows both entities to work in spiritual unity with each other.

Compensation: $75,000-85,000 Annually commensurate with experience.
