Role Description

The Assistant Baker role is a full-time, on-site position based in Fayetteville, TN. This role supports daily baking operations, assisting with baking cakes, cookies, cupcakes, pastries, cheesecakes, and other desserts. Responsibilities include following recipes and food safety standards, decorating baked goods, packaging and labeling products, and maintaining a clean and organized work area.

Qualifications

• Has at least 3 years of professional baking experience and strong customer service skills
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation practices, and proper handling of kitchen equipment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and work in a warm, busy kitchen environment.
• Strong time management, reliability, and attention to detail, with the ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately.
• Professional approach to communication and problem-solving, and teamwork skills, with a positive attitude toward learning and taking direction
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Can accurately calculate and measure ingredients
