Reconcile mill payments with production reports; prepare and maintain spreadsheets for logging operations with payments, volumes and hauling information; calculate payments according to contract agreements and prepare accompanying letters.

Maintain a weekly budget analysis of each project.

Process payroll for operation for 5-7 employees.

Submit quarterly reports to Washington State Dept. of Revenue, Dept. of Labor & Industries, Dept. of Natural Resources (as needed).

Maintain county mailing lists to be sent to printer.

Maintain Good to Go Account with updated vehicle information.

Prepare and mail all correspondence; letters, bids, etc.

Complete sale contracts and state forms with information provided.

Arrange website maintenance.

Keep updated forms for DNR, DOR and Counties on hand.
