Job Title: Recruitment Coordinator
Location: Nashville
Position Type: Full-time, Entry Level
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7 a.m. - 4 p.m. or 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. (Flexible schedule option based on performance)
Responsibilities:
- Support candidates throughout the interview and initial onboarding process, serving as a liaison during recruitment.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified applicants for onboarding.
- Ensure thorough documentation completion and keep candidates informed during onboarding.
- Facilitate clear communication among all company departments.
Necessary Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
- Demonstrated telephone etiquette.
- Strong time management abilities.
- Attention to detail and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving capabilities in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
Compensation:
- Salary plus Commission.
