Job Title: Construction Sales Manager

Job Summary: The Construction Sales Manager is responsible for leading and managing the sales team, driving revenue growth, and establishing and maintaining relationships with clients in the construction industry. This position requires a strong understanding of construction products and services, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record in sales.

Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.

  2. Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure individual and collective success.

  3. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders in the construction industry.

  4. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and challenges.

  5. Proposal Development: Collaborate with the sales team to create compelling proposals, bids, and presentations for potential clients.

Qualifications:
