Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled Physical Therapy Assistant to join our team in Puyallup, WA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in the treatment of patients under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist. This position offers an excellent opportunity to enhance your skills in a dynamic rehabilitation environment.
Key Responsibilities

• Assist patients with therapeutic exercises and mobility training.
• Document patient progress and reports to the supervising physical therapist.
• Ensure all equipment and therapy areas are clean and well maintained.
• Help educate patients and their families regarding treatment programs and home care.

Qualifications

• Must hold active state licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant.
• Basic life support certification (BLS) required.
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certifications are advantageous.
• Experience in rehabilitation setting preferred.

Additional Information

• This position requires a commitment of 13 to 26 weeks.
• The working hours will be during day shifts.
• Parking will be provided on the first day.
• Dress code guidelines will be shared during orientation.
