Job description
West Social Tap & Table is looking for energetic, reliable, and customer-focused Bartenders to join our growing team. We’re a fast-paced, social atmosphere known for great drinks, good vibes, and excellent service. If you thrive in a busy bar environment and enjoy creating memorable guest experiences, this role is for you.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently
- Provide friendly, attentive, and engaging customer service
- Maintain knowledge of drink recipes, menu items, and daily specials
- Handle cash, POS transactions, and tabs responsibly
- Monitor guest alcohol consumption and follow all state/local liquor laws
- Keep the bar area clean, stocked, and organized throughout the shift
- Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned
- Work collaboratively with bar staff, servers, and management
Qualifications
- Previous bartending experience preferred (will train the right candidate)
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs
