Independent Contractor Delivery Driver

Compensation: $320–$400 per route (all-inclusive pay/route dependent)

Position Type: Independent Contractor (1099)

Route Duration: Approximately 8-10 hours

We are seeking reliable, professional Independent Contractor Delivery Drivers to join our growing team. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy being on the road, providing excellent customer service, and working independently.

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently complete assigned delivery routes.
• Load, transport, and deliver products to customers and business locations.
• Maintain professional communication with customers during pickups and deliveries.
• Provide friendly and courteous customer service at all times.
• Follow delivery schedules and route instructions accurately.
• Handle products carefully to ensure damage-free delivery.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a reliable personal vehicle suitable for deliveries.
• Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance required.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds repeatedly throughout the day.
• Strong time-management and organizational skills.
• Dependable, punctual, and professional appearance.
• Smartphone with GPS/navigation capability.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
