This position will include general building and grounds maintenance, lawn cutting and trimming, metal recycling and snow removal, power washing. Responsibilities:

Lead and guide the Maintenance team to complete all tasks given.

• Metal recycling
• Lawn cutting and trimming
• Snow removal
• Maintaining gardens and lawns, including planting, fertilizing, weeding, soil conditioning, mulching
• Operating and maintaining lawn and gardening equipment
• Other Duties may be assigned

Requirements:

• Management experience is a plus but not required
• Valid driver’s license and good drivers license a must
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Good work ethic and attitude
• Good Communication and motivation skills.
