West Health Spa

West Health Spa is seeking a full-time qualified, energetic esthetician to help open our doors to the public. We are looking for experienced estheticians that would like to grow in our company and work in a large multi-specialty health spa.
Duties:

• Performs professional qualityfacials, within scope of practice and licensing, based on member's/guest'sindividual needs.
• Assists in promotion of the healthand wellness benefits to members/guests receiving routine skincare.
• Assists in the cleanliness of thelocation (treatment rooms and common areas).
• Creates excellent member/guestexperience through friendly and helpful attitude.
• Completes wellness chartdocumentation accurately and completely.
• Communicates various promotions tomembers/guests.
• Follows all company policies andprotocols.
• Other duties as assigned:
• Skin treatments with the use of Naturopathica(training on products and services).
• Waxing: Full body hair removal forboth men and women (technique and products is taught prior to starting).

Esthetician Qualifications/Skills:

• Strong customer service orientation
• Ability to communicate effectively(orally and written)
• Courteous and professional manner
• Ability to maintain client confidentiality.
• Ability to learn new skills andadvancements in the field.
• Communicate different serviceoptions clearly to guests.
• Provide guests/ members withpre/post service techniques and products.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, orequivalent
• Knowledge of and experience inperforming facials is required
• Minimum of 500 hours of skincareeducation as well as required classroom work
• Must adhere to all applicable localand state licensing laws and regulations related to the esthetic servicesprovided, including following any applicable law pertaining to maintainingcurrent Esthetics License.
• Participation in continuingeducation to improve effectiveness (preferred)
• Florida certified/licensed with acurrent esthetician license.
• Preference for skincare focusedestheticians.
