Responsibilities

• Establish client relationships and follow up with clients, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly client support.
• Assist with customer billing and policy changes

• Dedicated to customer service
• Able to obtain Property and Casualty License
• Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability, and ethical behavior.

About Our Agency

• Our mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams.
• We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including auto insurance, home insurance, life insurance, retirement planning, business insurance, college planning, and renters insurance.
• Our office is located in Saint Louis, MO & Ladue, MO.
• Our office is open Monday - Friday from 9:00 am - 5:00pm.
• I have been a State Farm agent since 2014.
• Before becoming a State Farm agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm agent team member.
• I am a third-generation State Farm agent.
• We currently have 13 team members at our agency.
• Our agency has received awards including: Chairman's Circle, Ambassador Travel, Legion of Honor, Senior Vice President's Club, Silver Scroll, and Bronze Tablet
