Description

Position Summary:

To utilize professional nursing knowledge and skills in coordinating all disciplines in the resident assessment and care planning process to ensure that Wesley Commons receives the proper Medicare reimbursement and adheres to all governmental and federal standards. Responsible for quality assurance and care plans for the building.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

Registered Nurse Degree from an accredited school of nursing and licensed by the state of SC. Must have one to two years' experience in long-term care. Must be familiar with PDPM (Patient Driven Payment Model), CMS, and DHEC requirements. Must also have proficient computer skills and knowledge. Must be available to take call.
