Role Description

This is a full-time (Monday – Friday) on-site role for a Fitness & Wellness Center Coordinator located in Des Moines, WA. The coordinator will oversee the daily operations of the fitness center, including group fitness instruction, develop, design & market wellness incentive programs, manage membership, and ensure a positive experience for all employees.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Knowledge of wellness and fitness programs
• Quality writing skills and report development
• Experience in management and supervision of sub-contractors
• 4-year degree in related field of study or
• Combination of Certification in Fitness or Wellness plus experience
• Must hold valid First Aid & CPR certifications
