Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs and formulate tailored treatment plans.
• Deliver individual therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), which are crucial for effective treatment.
• Collaborate with clients in setting therapeutic goals, regularly reviewing progress to adapt treatment strategies as necessary.
• Provide teletherapy options for clients who prefer virtual sessions or face accessibility challenges, ensuring that everyone has the chance to receive care.
• Maintain meticulous and up-to-date documentation to comply with ethical and regulatory standards, ensuring accuracy in client records and treatment plans.
• Engage in continuous professional development by attending training sessions on evidence-based frameworks and participating in peer supervision.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our client base predominantly includes adolescents and young adults grappling with various mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress management. Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.
• Active state licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, or PsyD is mandatory.
• Proven experience in providing telehealth services, especially to adolescents and young adults, is essential.
• Familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities and a willingness to undergo training in our proprietary care pathways.
• Strong proficiency in using technology, including Google Suite and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
• Demonstrated excellence in written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on maintaining a warm, professional demeanor.
• A reliable home office setup conducive to private therapy sessions is necessary, along with a dependable internet connection to facilitate uninterrupted service delivery.

Preferred Experience

• 2-3 years of direct experience providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions within a clinical setting.
• Previous involvement in telehealth platforms is highly favorable.
• Certification(s) in evidence-based practices such as DBT, ACT, and others will be considered a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary in the range of USD 115,000 - 130,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and caseload responsibilities. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
