Position Overview

Wellness Assured, LLC is seeking a passionate and dedicated full-time Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC, LMFT, or LICSW) to join our remote community health clinic team in Olympia, Washington. The ideal candidate will provide essential outpatient mental health services, helping clients navigate their mental health journeys through personalized therapeutic interventions and support.

Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough diagnostic assessments to evaluate psychological disorders while maintaining a strong adherence to evidence-based practices.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client, setting clear therapeutic goals for progress.
• Provide psychotherapy utilizing proven therapeutic modalities both in-person (when applicable) and via telehealth, offering flexibility for clients in different settings.
• Utilize advanced documentation practices to maintain comprehensive records of clinical services, including initial evaluations, progress notes, and summary notes, ensuring compliance with confidentiality regulations.
• Collaborate with clients to furnish them with resources that will empower them to achieve their personal mental health goals, fostering self-efficacy.
• Measure the effectiveness of therapeutic interventions regularly and adjust treatment plans and approaches based on client feedback and outcomes.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to remain informed about advancements in mental health practices, ensuring the delivery of the highest standard of care.
• Maintain a supportive, non-judgmental, and trusting relationship that encourages open communication and promotes positive therapeutic change.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your client base will encompass a diverse array of individuals experiencing various mental health challenges, including but not limited to major depressive disorder (MDD), anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), trauma, and grief. By understanding each client’s unique history and current circumstances, you will be instrumental in helping them navigate their mental health struggles.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a closely related field is mandatory.
• Possession of a current, valid and state-issued mental health license (LMHC, LMFT, or LICSW) is required.
• Strong understanding of a variety of psychotherapy modalities and familiarity with a broad spectrum of mental health disorders and diagnoses.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly and effectively with clients.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks with a focus on client needs.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in a mental health setting providing outpatient therapy is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with digital healthcare platforms and teletherapy methodologies will be an asset.
• Experience working with underserved populations is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive salary range between USD 80,000 and 122,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
