We are Hiring a 2nd Shift RN/LPN nurse at Wellington Place in Decorah, IA!

Wellington Place in Decorah, IA is currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team on a part-time basis in our Memory Support. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of our tenants and contribute to their overall well-being.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and monitor the health status of residents
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards
• Support and educate residents and their families on healthcare issues
• Perform assessments, maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records

Qualifications:

• Current RN or LPN license in the state of Iowa
• Experience working with elderly populations preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
