Front of House Team Member

As a Front of House Team Member, you will be the face of our brand, ensuring every guest has a warm, welcoming, and efficient experience. Your responsibilities may include:

• Register/Order Taker: Take guest orders accurately and efficiently at the front counter with friendly engagement.
• Bagger: Assemble and verify orders, ensuring accuracy and presentation.
• Mobile Drinks: Prepare drinks for mobile orders with speed and quality.
• Mobile Runner: Deliver mobile orders to guests quickly and accurately.
• Dining Room Attendant: Maintain a clean dining area and assist guests as needed.

Back of House Team Member

As a Back of House Team Member, you will prepare high-quality food with precision and care, keeping the kitchen running smoothly. Roles include:

• Machines: Fry and manage chicken with attention to drop sizes and freshness.
• Breader: Bread chicken consistently to Chick-fil-A standards.
• Primary Boards: Assemble sandwiches quickly with proper presentation.
• Secondary Boards: Prepare sides like nuggets, strips, and mac & cheese.
• Fries: Cook and season waffle fries, maintain fry station cleanliness.

Catering Team Member

As part of the Catering Team, you'll assemble catering orders accurately and on time, ensuring organization and quality. Responsibilities include:

• Preparing and organizing catering orders.
• Maintaining cleanliness of supplies and equipment.
• Delivering orders professionally and punctually.
• Supporting restaurant operations when not fulfilling catering tasks.

Food Safety Team Member

As a Food Safety Team Member, you will work in our prep station to ensure we always have fresh, safe, and ready-to-go restaurant products. You'll be responsible for preparing cold entrees such as salads, wraps, fruit cups, parfaits, and other items to support high-volume demands. Your role will be critical in maintaining food safety standards, ensuring accuracy, cleanliness, and organization throughout every shift.

Responsibilities include:

• Preparing cold items like salads, wraps, parfaits, and fruit cups to meet daily production needs.
• Following recipes and portioning guidelines precisely.
• Rotating and organizing prep station product to maintain freshness.
• Keeping prep areas and tools clean and sanitized.
• Supporting cleanliness and food safety compliance throughout the shift.

Como parte del equipo de catering, prepararas pedidos con precision, puntualidad y presentacion. Responsabilidades:

• Ensamblar y organizar pedidos de catering.
• Mantener limpios los equipos y suministros.
• Entregar pedidos de forma profesional y a tiempo.
• Apoyar operaciones del restaurante cuando no estes en catering.

Miembro del Equipo de Seguridad Alimentaria

Trabajaras en nuestra estacion de preparacion para garantizar que siempre tengamos productos frescos, seguros y listos para servir. Seras responsable de preparar entrantes frios como ensaladas, wraps, copas de frutas, parfaits y otros productos del restaurante. Tu rol es esencial para mantener los estandares de seguridad alimentaria, precision y limpieza.

Responsabilidades incluyen:

• Preparar ensaladas, wraps, parfaits y copas de frutas segun las necesidades diarias.
• Seguir recetas y guias de porcionado con precision.
• Rotar y organizar los productos en la estacion de preparacion.

All new team members hired for our Wynwood loaction will begin their interview, onboarding, and training at our Chick-fil-A River Landing location. This allows our team members to learn Chick-fil-A standards, systems, and culture in a fully operating restaurant environment.

Once the Wynwood location opens, trained team members will transition and transfer to the new restaurant to help launch and operate the location.

Our Wynwood location operates as a restaurant focused entirely on third-party delivery orders. Unlike a traditional Chick-fil-A restaurant, this location does not have a dining room or front counter ordering.

As a Front of House Team Member at our Wynwood location, you will focus on mobile and delivery order fulfillment. Since this restaurant operates without a front counter or dining room, your role centers around accuracy, speed, and organization of digital orders.

Responsibilities may include:

• Order Assembly (Bagger): Assemble and verify mobile and delivery orders with accuracy and proper presentation.
• Mobile Drinks: Prepare drinks for digital orders quickly and consistently.
• Delivery Handoff: Organize completed orders and ensure they are ready for delivery.
• Order Accuracy: Double-check items to ensure guests receive exactly what they ordered.

Back of House Team Member

As a Back of House Team Member, you will prepare high-quality food with precision and care while helping maintain a fast and efficient kitchen.
