HAHV’s newly renovated Mary’s Avenue hospital is the primary 911 receiving hospital for Ulster County, New York and environs, and provides critical medical, mental health and substance abuse services to a largely suburban and rural population from its location in downtown Kingston.  Due to high demand for comprehensive behavioral health services in this region, HAHV works in partnership with the Ulster County Department of Mental Health, WMCHealth’s Mid-Hudson Regional Hospital in Dutchess County, as well as other community and government partners, to develop WMCHealth’s network of clinical programs in the region as a Center of Excellence in behavioral health services.  The OTP and BridgeBack programs operate from a community-based location in Kingston.
