We are currently seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) or Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our Healthcare team on evening shift. These roles provide nursing support across our Rehab and Skilled Nursing areas, with a strong focus on clinical excellence and resident-centered care.
Position DetailsOption 1:
- Full-Time | Evening Shift (3:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m.)
- Tuesday–Thursday: Rehab Unit
- Every other weekend: Skilled Nursing
Option 2:
- Full-Time | Evening Shift (3:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m.)
- Monday–Thursday: Skilled Nursing
Position SummaryIn this role, you will provide nursing oversight during evening hours, supporting both residents and care staff. You’ll monitor changes in condition, respond to resident needs, and help ensure a safe, calm, and well-supported environment across units.
This is a great opportunity for a nurse who is confident working independently while still being part of a collaborative and supportive team.
Key Responsibilities- Provide nursing oversight and support to residents during evening hours
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Monitor residents for changes in condition and respond appropriately
- Document care accurately and communicate updates to the night shift team
- Respond to resident needs, incidents, and emergencies
- Collaborate with CNAs and care staff to ensure safe, high-quality care
- Support infection control and safety standards
- Maintain a calm, safe, and supportive environment
Qualifications- Current North Carolina RN or LPN license
- CPR/BLS certification required
- 2+ years of nursing experience preferred (rehab, skilled nursing, or assisted living)
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently while supporting a team
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Passion for working with older adults
