Well Minded Therapy, a compassionate provider of mental health services, is seeking a dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our dynamic team. This position is fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your home while connecting with clients through teletherapy platforms. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive client assessments in a compassionate and non-judgmental manner to identify emotional, psychological, and social needs.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that align with evidence-based practices to address the unique needs of each client.
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions tailored to client needs and best practices, utilizing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness.
• Offer remote counseling through telehealth technology, ensuring clients receive consistent support regardless of their location.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary, maintaining a focus on achieving positive mental health outcomes.
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and professional ethical standards.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, participate in case reviews, and contribute to the overall enhancement of client care.
• Provide crisis intervention when necessary, ensuring clients receive immediate support during challenging times.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily work with individuals facing end-of-life issues, grief, and adjustment disorders, as well as those dealing with chronic illnesses and the emotional impacts they carry. The client population is diverse, and your ability to connect with clients from various backgrounds will be crucial in providing effective care. Understanding the unique circumstances of hospice care patients will be vital as you help them process their experiences and emotions.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited university.
• Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in California is essential.
• At least two years of experience in a clinical setting, demonstrating competence in therapy and treatment planning.
• Strong proficiency in client assessment, treatment planning, and progress documentation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster trust and relationship-building with clients.
• Experience with teletherapy tools and platforms is preferred.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with hospice care clients or in palliative settings.
• Familiarity with trauma-informed care approaches.
• Understanding of community resources and support systems for mental health.

Compensation and Benefits

This role offers a competitive annual salary range of $115,000 to $120,000, commensurate with experience and expertise. Additional benefits include:
