Responsibilities:
  • Give a warm welcome to every guest either in person or on the phone
  • Manage the wait list during high volume in an energetic environment
  • Address guest concerns with guidance from the Manager on duty
  • Receive, process and complete take-out orders to guest’s satisfaction.
  • Please every guest 100% of the time with efficient and friendly service. 
  • Take pride in your appearance while adhering to our standards
  • Exhibit teamwork, excitement and enthusiasm each and every day.

Qualifications:
  • Some high school
  • Excellent punctuality and attendance
  • Willing to train and open to coaching
  • Commitment to 100% guest satisfaction
  • Works well in a team focused environment
