Pay: $38 - $39; merit-based increases
Reports To: Nursing Manager / Administrator

About the Role

Weatherly Inn is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented on-call Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support high-quality resident care in our assisted living & memory care community. This role is ideal for a nurse who values teamwork, strong clinical standards, and meaningful relationships with residents and families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct nursing care in accordance with care plans and physician orders

  • Administer medications, treatments, and CBG checks with accurate documentation

  • Monitor and document changes in resident condition and report concerns promptly

  • Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams

  • Complete shift reports, narcotic counts, and incident documentation

  • Follow infection control, safety procedures, and boarding home regulations

  • Serve as Charge Nurse when scheduled or in absence of supervision

  • Maintain a clean, organized nursing station and medication room

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required; college coursework preferred

  • 1+ year of nursing or related experience preferred

  • Active Washington State LPN License required

  • Required certifications (upon hire or within designated time frame):

    • CPR (within 30 days)

    • Fundamentals of Caregiving

    • Dementia & Mental Health Training (within 90 days)

Skills & Abilities
  • Strong nursing, documentation, organization, and multitasking skills

  • Ability to lift, assist, and support residents with mobility as needed

  • Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a care team

  • Professional, reliable, and calm in emergency situations
