About the RoleWeatherly Inn is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented on-call Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support high-quality resident care in our assisted living & memory care community. This role is ideal for a nurse who values teamwork, strong clinical standards, and meaningful relationships with residents and families.
Key ResponsibilitiesProvide direct nursing care in accordance with care plans and physician orders
Administer medications, treatments, and CBG checks with accurate documentation
Monitor and document changes in resident condition and report concerns promptly
Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams
Complete shift reports, narcotic counts, and incident documentation
Follow infection control, safety procedures, and boarding home regulations
Serve as Charge Nurse when scheduled or in absence of supervision
Maintain a clean, organized nursing station and medication room
QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED required; college coursework preferred
1+ year of nursing or related experience preferred
Active Washington State LPN License required
Required certifications (upon hire or within designated time frame):
Skills & AbilitiesStrong nursing, documentation, organization, and multitasking skills
Ability to lift, assist, and support residents with mobility as needed
Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a care team
Professional, reliable, and calm in emergency situations
