Job description

About the Role

Wealthy Clients is hiring a Growth Marketing Associate to support the technical execution, optimization, and quality assurance of our clients’ marketing campaigns and systems.

This is a hands-on execution role for someone who understands how Meta campaigns, landing pages, funnels, GoHighLevel automations, attribution, email systems, and lead-routing processes work together.

You will write advertisements, build and optimize Meta campaigns, develop landing pages and funnels, manage complex GoHighLevel systems, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure every campaign is thoroughly tested before launch.

This position allows our strategists and specialists to remain focused on strategy, creative direction, client relationships, and performance while you ensure the underlying marketing infrastructure is built correctly and operates reliably.

What You Will Own

Meta Advertising Campaigns

  • Write direct-response advertising copy aligned with approved campaign strategy.
  • Build and launch Meta advertising campaigns using approved creative assets and messaging.
  • Configure campaign objectives, audiences, placements, budgets, and tracking.
  • Monitor active campaigns and make routine optimization decisions.
  • Review campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Troubleshoot disapproved advertisements, delivery issues, tracking problems, and account-level concerns.
  • Escalate major budget changes and strategic campaign pivots for leadership approval.
  • Maintain organized, accurate, and clearly named campaigns, advertisement sets, and advertisements.

GoHighLevel Systems and Automations

  • Build and maintain client subaccounts within GoHighLevel.
  • Create pipelines, opportunity stages, forms, surveys, calendars, and appointment-booking systems.
  • Develop email and text-message automations, lead-nurture sequences, internal notifications, and follow-up workflows.
  • Configure lead routing, assignment rules, user permissions, integrations, and reporting.
  • Manage domain, email, and messaging-system setup.
  • Troubleshoot existing workflows, integrations, automations, and client account issues.
  • Test all automations to confirm that triggers, actions, notifications, and lead movement work correctly.
  • Maintain organized and accurate account architecture across multiple client accounts.

Landing Pages and Funnel Development

  • Build landing pages and complete conversion funnels using approved strategy, copy, and creative direction.
  • Translate approved designs into polished, functional pages.
  • Improve page layouts when needed to strengthen usability and conversion flow.
  • Build the complete prospect journey from advertisement click through application or appointment booking.
  • Configure forms, calendars, domains, tracking scripts, confirmation pages, and follow-up workflows.
  • Ensure pages are responsive and function properly across desktop and mobile devices.
  • Identify and resolve design, formatting, navigation, and technical issues before launch.

Attribution and Tracking

  • Install and configure the Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API.
  • Establish and test conversion events.
  • Maintain accurate attribution within Meta and GoHighLevel.
  • Track lead sources, applications, scheduled appointments, and other conversion actions.
  • Investigate discrepancies between Meta reporting and GoHighLevel data.
  • Confirm that campaign activity is being captured accurately throughout the funnel.

Application-to-Person Registration and Compliance

  • Manage Application-to-Person registration and campaign setup.
  • Review opt-in language, messaging disclosures, privacy policies, terms, and related compliance requirements.
  • Ensure email and text-message systems follow applicable platform standards and internal procedures.
  • Troubleshoot rejected registrations and submit required corrections.
  • Monitor campaign and messaging setup for potential compliance concerns.

Email Setup and Automation

  • Configure sending domains, email addresses, workflows, triggers, and automated sequences.
  • Build campaign-related nurture and follow-up systems.
  • Test email formatting, links, personalization fields, delivery, and workflow timing.
  • Troubleshoot sending, authentication, automation, and delivery issues.
  • Maintain consistent organization and naming standards.

Technical Troubleshooting and Quality Assurance

  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues across Meta and GoHighLevel.
  • Complete comprehensive quality-assurance reviews before campaigns launch.
  • Test advertisements, pages, forms, calendars, workflows, emails, text messages, notifications, attribution, and lead routing.
  • Validate the full prospect journey from advertisement engagement through appointment scheduling.
  • Document issues clearly and confirm that corrections are completed.
  • Prevent avoidable campaign errors through disciplined testing and attention to detail.
  • Help improve internal processes, templates, documentation, and quality-control standards.
