Job Description: Child Care Aide

Position: Child Care Aide
Compensation: Starting at $10/hour
Hours: 8:00-5:00 PM (Monday-Friday)

Requirements:

• Must be 16 years of age or older.

• No experience required; Onboarding is provided.

• Must have reliable transportation.

Who We Welcome:

• High School Students

• Volunteers

• Interns

• Retired Workers

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve meals to children.

• Monitor naps.

• Perform diaper changing.

• Assist children with classwork.

• Maintain proper hygiene and cleanliness standards.

• Ensure children follow personal hygiene practices (e.g., handwashing).

• Help with aftercare services.
