Work Environment

Our remote work environment is designed to allow flexibility and work-life balance while ensuring that counselors remain connected and supported. Operating between Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, our telehealth facility utilizes state-of-the-art software solutions for client interactions, which include secure video conferencing and scheduling tools. Counselors are provided with a secure system for real-time insurance verifications, and administrative staff are available to assist with logistical tasks, allowing mental health professionals to focus on delivering high-quality therapeutic services.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of clients with diverse mental health needs, demonstrating flexibility in scheduling sessions to meet client demands.
• Utilize our marketing department to ensure a steady stream of client referrals, allowing for a stable caseload and growth in your professional practice.
• Provide exceptional mental health care via telehealth, utilizing evidence-based practices and therapeutic techniques tailored to individual client needs.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop personalized treatment plans, and document progress regularly to optimize client outcomes.
• Engage and connect with clients through technology, utilizing tools and methodologies that enhance patient experiences and facilitate a therapeutic alliance.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely-related field is mandatory.
• An active and valid LPCC license issued by the state of California is required to practice.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for the LPCC position ranges from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
