Role Description The Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Hanover, MD. This role oversees logistics and delivery projects, coordinating resources, schedules, and workflows to support Amazon delivery operations. The Project Manager monitors performance metrics, identifies process improvements, and ensures compliance with safety and quality standards. Daily responsibilities include managing project timelines, communicating with internal teams and stakeholders, resolving operational issues, and supporting continuous optimization of delivery routes and procedures. The role also involves documenting project status, preparing reports, and guiding team members through changes in processes or tools.
Qualifications

• Experience in project management, including planning, executing, and monitoring projects.
• Background in logistics management, particularly in delivery or transportation environments.
• Experience with expeditor or expediting functions, coordinating and prioritizing time-sensitive activities.
• Knowledge of inspection or quality control processes to ensure compliance with operational standards.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency with standard office and project management tools (e.g., spreadsheets, project tracking software).
• Prior experience in Amazon DSP operations or similar last-mile delivery settings is beneficial.
• Relevant education or certification in project management, logistics, or a related field is preferred.
