A growing insurance agency is seeking a Sales Manager in Dallas to build, coach, and strengthen its sales organization. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on developing high-performing insurance advisors rather than carrying a personal book of business. The Sales Manager will lead coaching, 1:1s, sales meetings, performance management, hiring, onboarding, training, and development planning while creating clear accountability without micromanagement. Theyll partner closely with ownership and company leaders to improve sales strategy, forecasting, processes, and team performance. The ideal candidate has a proven ability to develop salespeople, build strong teams, and turn potential into consistent results. Independent P&C insurance experience is strongly preferred, but exceptional sales leadership matters most.
