This is a hands-on, player-coach leadership role responsible for ensuring operational excellence across scheduling, patient communications, billing, team leadership, and office workflows, while partnering closely with executive leadership to support continued growth.The ideal candidate has experience leading operations in a medical practice, medical aesthetics, concierge medicine, or another high-touch service environment. Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, a hospitality mindset, financial and operational accountability, and the ability to build systems while coaching and supporting a small team.
